To make a booking, please complete the form below and either email or post it to us. We advise you to check availability before completing this form by either using the Enquiry Form or contacting us on 01765 635201. Please complete one booking form for each pitch required.

Confirmation of your booking will be made by email if an email address is provided. Otherwise, if you require confirmation, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope with your Booking Form if sending by post. Your booking will only be confirmed upon receipt of the appropriate deposit within 7 days of the booking date, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Additional Information:

Deposit Required
A deposit will be required for stays of 2 nights or more. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. We do not accept 1 night stays or bookings made on the same day as proposed arrival date. The deposit required is as follows:

ELECTRIC PITCH:
£20 per pitch
£50 on Bank Holidays

NON ELECTRIC PITCH:
£16 per pitch
£42 on Bank Holidays

When your booking has been processed, you will receive confirmation by email (please ensure your email address is correct), stating the amount of deposit payable. Please pay the deposit requested within 7 days.

Terms & Conditions Rules & Regulations Access Statement

I confirm that I have read the Terms & Conditions and that my party and I will comply with them.

Only purpose built BBQ equipment can be used anywhere at Sleningford. However, this is with the strict understanding that after the BBQ is complete, any remaining ashes are not to be used to create any other form of open or ground fire. Fire pits, braziers, chimaeras, fire buckets etc are not permitted.
