On weekends and during school holidays it can be difficult for us to answer the phone due to checking in or dealing with guests already on site. If the line is busy or we are unavailable please leave us a message and we will return your call promptly. Office staff are usually available on the phone:
- 1st April – 31st October:
Monday to Thursday during term time 9am – 5pm
- 1st April – 31st October:
Friday to Sunday and week days during school holidays 9am – 1pm
- March:
Monday to Sunday 9am – 4pm
- 1st November – 28th February: Office not staffed on a regular basis, but phone messages will be responded to.
