Sleningford Watermill is a peaceful 20-acre family-run campsite in Yorkshire, set beside the beautiful River Ure. For over 50 years, we’ve welcomed campers, caravans, and motorhomes to enjoy relaxed riverside camping in the heart of nature.



We’re open each year from 1st April to 31st October (with early openings when Easter falls in March).

Our Yorkshire campsite is perfect for families, nature lovers, and anyone looking to unwind. Children can safely explore the open countryside, while adults enjoy quiet moments surrounded by birdsong, trees, and fresh air.

We care deeply about conservation and wildlife, creating a peaceful environment where nature thrives. Evenings are all about stargazing, cocoa by the tent, and restful sleep under a wide, starry sky.
