Grass Non-Electric Pitch 🍃
- Grass pitches, ideal for tents, caravans, and campervans.
- Free pitching area with plenty of space.
- Located on the “The Island”, just a short stroll to the Pyramid shower and toilet block.
- Perfect for campers who prefer to be close to facilities while still enjoying open space and riverside surroundings.

Arrival & departure
- Arrive after 1pm only
- Depart by 11:30am
- Late departure by prior arrangement
Guests & vistors
- X 6 people per pitch (max X4 adults).
- All visitors must be pre-booked via reception.
Vehicles
- X2 per pitch
- No commercial vehicles without permission
- No electric charge vehicles onsite, nearest electric charge points in Masham
Noise & behaviour
- Quiet site
- No amplified music 10pm–10am.
- No noise after 11pm.
- Unsociable behaviour dealt with
The river & surrounding nature
- Use the river at your own risk.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Stay off wildlife areas & opposite bank.
Dogs
- Max X3 per pitch
- Must be always kept on a short lead or tether
- Never left alone onsite
BBQs & fires
- No open fires
- BBQs only (on stands, charcoal only)
- Out by 10pm
Not permitted
- No fireworks, weapons, drones, kites, generators
- No smoking near buildings
- No Stag or Hen groups
- No bookings under age 21
- No E-Scooters
