2025 TARIFF

The park is open this year from Tuesday 1st April 2025  to Friday 31st October 2025. Please scroll down for our tariff for the 2025 season. Information about deposits, minimum length of stay and rally visits can also be found below.

     The best discount will be automatically added to your booking. However for longer stays we will need to add manually so please add this to special requirements.


    • 4 nights for 3 mid-week term time/Easter holidays/October half term discount - Arrive Sunday or Monday and stay for four nights, and only pay for three (not including bank holiday Sunday nights). 
    • 5 nights for 4 mid-week term time/Easter holidays/October half term discount - Arrive Sunday and stay for five nights, and only pay for four (not including bank holiday Sunday nights). 
    • Autumn term return discount - 25% off any return visits in the Autumn term, including the October half term holiday, for guests who have already stayed at least once in the same season. Please email us for the code if you have not yet revieved it.
    • Term time 10+ nights long stay discount - 10% off during term time, Easter holidays and October half term. 
    • Term time 14+ nights long stay discount - 15% off during term time, Easter holidays and October half term. 
    • Term time 21+ nights long stay discount - 20% off during term time, Easter holidays and October half term. Please be aware that if you do a long stay over 14 days on a grass pitch you will need to move pitches part way through your stay to protect the grass.
    • Summer Holidays None electric 4 nights for 3 mid-week   - none electric during the school Holidays - Arrive Sunday or Monday and stay for four nights, and only pay for three.
    • Summer Holiday None electric 5 nights for 4 Mid Week - Arrive Sunday and stay for five nights, and only pay for four (not including bank holiday Sunday nights). 
    • Summer holidays 10+ nights long stay discount - 5% off during summer holidays. 
    • Summer holidays 14+ nights long stay discount - 10% off during summer holidays. 
    • Summer holidays 21+ nights long stay discount - 15% off during summer holidays. Please be aware that if you do a long stay over 14 days on a grass pitch you will need to move pitches part way through your stay to protect the grass. 

    If you are doing a long stay, but your planned dates bridge term time and the summer holidays, please contact us directly as we will need to create a customised discount for you!

The following prices include 1 unit (caravan, motorhome, tent, etc.), 2 people and 1 vehicle per night:

ALL VISITORS TO THE PARK (INCLUDING NON-RESIDENTIAL VISITORS, CANOEISTS AND FISHERMEN) MUST REPORT TO RECEPTION ON ARRIVAL TO REGISTER THEIR VEHICLES AND PAY THE APPROPRIATE FEE.


Deposits and balance payments


Touring pitches:   Basic rate £30 / Bank holidays £50. Payable within 3 days of booking.

Flat:  50% deposit payable within 3 days of booking.

The full balance for your holiday is payable three weeks before your arrival and is non-refundable and non-transferable after this date. 


Length of stay


Touring pitches (advance booking):   

 

  • Hardstanding pitches: two nights minimum at a weekend throughout the season (three nights at bank holiday weekends).
  • Grass electric pitches: two nights minimum at a weekend during school holidays and between mid-May and mid-September (three nights on all bank holiday weekends).
  • Non-electric grass pitches: two nights minimum at a weekend from the half term holiday running through to the end of the summer holidays, and three nights minimum on all May and August bank holiday weekends. 
  • Mill pitches: two nights minimum at a weekend throughout the season (three nights at bank holiday weekends).

 

Touring pitches (on spec): Guests are welcome to book for 1 night on a weekend (or 1-2 nights on a bank holiday weekend), subject to availability, if their enquiry is made within 24 hours of check-in time on their intended arrival date. Please call us to check availability in this case. We strongly recommend calling in advance between June and September and on any bank holiday weekend to check availability as we are usually fully booked on these dates, although we may have had some last minute cancellations. Guests should certainly call ahead during these times before journeying to the site. 


Flat:  Arrival and departure days are Mondays and Fridays. Mid-week stays are 4 nights (Monday - Friday) and weekend stays are 3 nights (Friday - Monday). Check in time for the flat is 1pm and check out time is 10am.


Arrival/departure: Pitches (and access to the site) are not available before 1.00pm on the day of arrival and all pitches must be vacated by 11.30am on the day of your departure, unless you have agreed and paid in advance for a late leave with the office. Even if you pack up your car and vacate your pitch you will still need to pay for a late leave if you stay and enjoy the park for the afternoon. Late leaves extend check-out time to 5pm.


Rally bookings


We are happy to accommodate rally bookings at Sleningford Watermill, provided the nature of the group fits into the family friendly ethos of the park. Whether we are able to offer a discounted rate for a rally group will depend on the time of year and the number of pitches needed.
